Inspired by the jewellery found on the banks of the Danube, made around the 10^th century BC and exhibited in the British Museum. Four double spirals and a single longer spiral clasped by two horizontal staples.  Made from fine silver or 22 carat gold and suspended from a French ear hook in sterling silver or 9 carat yellow gold.   Total drop 70mm, the silver earring weighs 4g, the gold version 5g.  This item is also available as a pendant and brooch.
